Classes include: Camel and sit spin variations, Salchow and toeloop (double/triple), Power and flow with turns, Loops and loop combinations, Choreography elements/music expression, Stretching with Physical Therapist, Off-ice, Entries and exits into spins/levels, Flip and lutz (double/triple), Spin flexibility/Flying spins, Double axel, Difficult entries/exits with jumps, Sports Pyschology with Therapist

High Skating Clinic (FS 4-6)
